To perform fault tracing and software download, the vehicle needs to be connected. For instructions on how to connect a vehicle, see Connecting a vehicle (VDS) and Connecting a vehicle (D2 and GGD).
A vehicle profile can be defined manually by using vehicle identification number.

Go to the tab.

Enter the vehicle's identification number in the VIN field.

Click the button to start working with the vehicle.
