A vehicle profile can be defined manually by using any of the search attributes related to Volvo Central Database or your DMS.

1. Go to the Home à Search Vehicle tab.

2. Select one of the following sources for the search:

   • All

   • Volvo Central Database

   • 'DMS'

ð	Different search fields are enabled depending on your selection of search source.

3. Enter a Volvo Central Database or DMS related search attribute, e.g. work order, last name or customer ID in corresponding field.

4. Click the Search button.

ð	VIDA conducts a search based on the entered search attributes. Certain vehicle attribute fields are automatically filled. Also, the customer profile (if available) is presented in the Customer Details list below the search fields.

5. Click the Select button to start working with the vehicle.

ð	The vehicle is selected and assigned its own tab.
