This procedure describes how to add a customer profile.

Click
in the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the application.Search for the customer to make sure that the customer profile is not already available in Volvo Central Database. For instructions on how to search for a customer, see Searching a customer profile.
If the customer already exists in the system, select the customer and click
.If no customer is found, this is indicated with a red message box. Click the

Fill in the customer's data.
