Open the
tab.Enter customer details in one or more of the License Plate, First Name, Last name and Email fields.
In the Select Source field, tick the checkboxes of the sources you want to search.

Click a customer name in the search results to open the Customer Details page.

This method only searches in Volvo Central Database. To search in DMS, use the tab, as described above.
Customer information is accessed via the icon in the top right corner of the application. Click Search in Volvo Central Database page.

Select search category from the drop-down list. The following search categories are available:
Personal information
License Plate
VIN

Enter a search value in the text field and click

The system retrieves customer information and displays the search result according to configuration. |
Please note that the search results vary depending on market configuration. For example, the results may only include customers related to the own dealership, or all customers in the markets. There may also be different restrictions on the amount of search results being displayed. |
Choose the correct customer and proceed by clicking
