Reporting an incorrect vehicle relation

 

In order to report an incorrect vehicle relation, follow the procedure described below.

This procedure is only applicable for customers in Volvo Central Database.

  1. Open the Volvo Central Database customer details page by clicking a customer name in a list or by searching customer profiles.

  2. Select the vehicle and click Report Incorrect Relation.

  3. ð

    A window opens, asking you to confirm that you want to report the vehicle relation as incorrect.

  4. Click Confirm.

  5. ð

    The vehicle relation is reported as incorrect and flagged for manual deletion. It will still appear on the customer's profile until it has been deleted manually by Volvo Cars.
