View Details

The View Details window provides information about customers and their vehicles. This information e.g. facilitates workshop planning when you do not have access to the customer or vehicle in the workshop.

The details are divided into the following tabs:

Customer Details
Vehicle Details
Vehicle History

The View Details window is accessed by clicking a VIN or customer name in any list under the Home tab:

Or in vehicle information bars:

It is also possible to access the View Details window by clicking the View Read Out Details button in the vehicle readout confirmation pop-up that is displayed once a vehicle readout has been completed.

Note

The Vehicle History tab is only available for users with a DMS connected to VIDA. The availability is dependent on the version of the DMS interface and how it is implemented.
