Vehicle Details

Vehicle Details are accessed by clicking a VIN in any list under the Home tab or in vehicles' information bars. This functionality provides information about the selected vehicle. For newer models, the Vehicle Details makes it possible to perform workshop planning without having access to the vehicle in the workshop.

The information under the Vehicle Details tab is structured in the following six main categories:

Note

The Hardware and Software and Variant Attributes categories are not available for vehicles prior to model year 1998.

If the vehicle has warranty void, this is indicated in the upper part of the window.

Apply vehicle filter

In the upper right corner under the Vehicle Details tab there is a checkbox to apply vehicle filter. When the vehicle filter is activated, the information in the parts catalog is filtered on vehicle color code and upholstery/interior code from the vehicle details. Always click the Save button when changing this option.
