The following information is available:

Data category		Description
Service Interval		Information about service trigger factor values.
On Board Data		This data category contains the following information: Date when the Sensus cloud connected vehicle IHU (Infotainment Head Unit) and TEM (Telematic Module) data (state of health) was received. This indicates when the information in the list was last updated. All dynamic data sent by the IHU are listed in this column. This data is uploaded when the customer sends a workshop appointment request. On some markets, the customer is also able to upload this data manually in Sensus Connect. All dynamic data sent by Volvo on Call via the TEM are listed in this column. This data is uploaded with every key out event. This data upload requires that the vehicle is equipped with Volvo on Call and that the customer's Volvo on Call subscription is active. Service information parameters and values. Note

Dynamic Volvo on Call TEM data must not be used as an incentive to contact a customer. For example if the dynamic TEM data shows that a customer's vehicle will soon require service, the customer must not be contacted based on that information.
