Recent Vehicles

This page is accessed by clicking the Home à Recent Vehicles tab. On this page it is possible to access recently profiled vehicles directly.

The page is divided into two main sections:

1. List of recently identified vehicles

In this list you can have up to 30 vehicle profiles saved. From the Personalize Settings window it is possible to set the number of vehicles that should be displayed on the screen.

Note

Only vehicle profiled with VIN will be saved in the list of recently identified vehicles.

When a vehicle is profiled by using a new VIN, which is not present in the list of recently identified vehicles, VIDA adds it to the list. If the max limit of vehicles in the list is reached, the oldest VIN is removed before the new VIN is added. When a vehicle is selected, it appears on top of the list.

The list is structured in the following columns:

Column	Description
Customer Name	By clicking a customer name, the customer details are opened in a new window. If you have access to a DMS, the customer name is fetched from the DMS. If you have access to Volvo Central Database, the customer name is fetched from there. If the vehicle is associated with both Owner and Driver information, the Owner information is shown by default. All vehicle relations of a customer are available in the Volvo Central Database customer details window. The icon represents workshop customers in My Customers list. This icon can be enabled or disabled by clicking, i.e. the customer/vehicle is added or removed from My Customers list.
VIN	VIN of the vehicle. By clicking a VIN, the vehicle details are opened in a new window.
Model	Model of the vehicle.
Year	Model year of the vehicle.
License Plate	Registration number of the vehicle.
Select button	When clicking the Select button, a vehicle tab for the selected vehicle is opened and you are directed to the List repository view under the Planning tab.
