Report using email

If you do not have a connection between TIE and VIDA, or are not authorized to access TIE, the only option available is to report a problem by using email. The report should in such case only be sent to an already established support contact.

The following fields are available:

Explanation

To

Enter the recipient's email address (your already established support contact).

Subject

Enter subject of the error report, maximum 50 characters.

Attach log files

Select log files to attach.

Message

Enter message to describe the problem, maximum 500 characters.
