Appointments

This page is accessed by clicking the Home à Appointments tab. On this page, functionalities related to Workshop Appointment Management are located.

The customers/vehicles are structured in the following appointment lists according to the vehicles' appointment status and actions that need to be taken by your workshop and your customers:

These appointment lists are useful for checking the different types of status of each customer's/vehicle's appointment. They allow you to track all customer dialogs on workshop appointment proposals and inquiries and prevent that no proposals or inquiries are missed or forgotten.

The All Workshop Customers list under the Workshop Customers tab displays all your Workshop Appointment Management related customers/vehicles.

Appointment statuses

 

Statuses are displayed in a separate column in all appointment lists. The status reflect the state of a booking and change as a result of the previous event, performed by your workshop or your customers. When a status changes in a list item, it moves from one list to another.

All available statuses, their meaning and how bookings move between lists depending on status are presented in the table below:

Notifications are displayed in a separate column in all appointment lists. See the table below for an explanation of all icons that may appear.

Explanation

The customer has requested a service appointment.

One or more warnings are active in the vehicle.

The customer has requested a service appointment and one or more warnings are active in the vehicle.

The vehicle is a Sensus cloud connected vehicle.

The vehicle is not a Sensus cloud connected vehicle.

This notification is only shown in the All Workshop Customers list under the Home tab. It indicates that the customer/vehicle is in the Actions list.
