The Operations and Packages functionality in VIDA is based on VIDA Menu Pricing. The functionality is market dependent and can include either VST or VST + parts packages + price. The functionality is used for workshop planning and features information about prices, packages and standard times for service and repair jobs. Such information can be billable hours, invoicing per hour or service costs per vehicle. This makes it possible for the workshop to be more efficient, since the time needed for each job is known. In addition, the workshop is able to give the customer a fixed price for each service and repair job.

VIDA Menu Pricing combines Volvo Standard Time (VST), spare parts packages and price information into one complete job. It contains all the regular Volvo Standard Times but also includes local and technical journal operation numbers. When connected to a DMS, all prices are retrieved from the local dealer system.

VIDA Menu Pricing enable a high level of filtration with the use of VINs; the data can be viewed only using model and model year information but then without the powerful filtering functionality.
