Once entering the page, there are four text fields available:

Mileage of the vehicle (mile or km). This information needs to be entered manually. |

Retail delivery date of the vehicle. This information is automatically retrieved from a central Volvo system. |

The date in this field is automatically set to today's date. |

Registration number of the vehicle. This information can either be retrieved from your DMS or be entered manually. This information is included in the service checklist printout. |

When the information has been entered in the fields, manually or automatically, available service plans are fetched by clicking the
button. All available service plans for the currently selected vehicle are presented in a list. Adapted service may only be used if the vehicle has run less than half of the maximum service interval (market dependent).View the content of a service plan by clicking the
button.Once a service plan is selected, all its included and additional operations are presented in a list. The included operations are required operations for the service plan. These operations are selected by default. The additional operations can be added if needed, based on the vehicle's condition and the customer's preferences and approval.

If there is a package available for an operation, this is indicated with a icon. By clicking this icon, a pop-up is opened from which you can see details of the package and add it to a work list. Parts included in the package can be added separately to a work list or parts list, if desired. Please note the following:

Labour Cost/Hour |
By using this drop-down menu, you can change the labour rate of the operation. Selectable labour rates are fetched from and managed in VIDA Admin. This information is only visible to users with a DMS connected to VIDA. |

Click this button to populate the service plan list with price information from the DMS. This button is only visible to users with a DMS connected to VIDA. |

Tick this checkbox to include VAT for prices. This checkbox is only visible to users with a DMS connected to VIDA. |
Select operations to add by using the checkboxes on the left-hand side of each row in the service plan list. From the drop-down menu below the list, you can select the list you want to add the operation(s) to. Your currently active (last selected) list is selected by default but you can change to another list or to create a new one. Retrieve a quick view of a list by clicking
. When desired list is selected, click the button to add the selected operation(s).Note

You can only add service plan operations to one single work list per vehicle. Once any operations have been added, the title of the
button changes to .Once operations have been added to a work list, the
button is enabled. Clicking this button generates a printer friendly checklist of the selected service plan.You can use the radio buttons and add comments before printing the service checklist. Please note that this information is not saved when the window is closed.
On the left-hand side of the VIDA languages is available. Here you can change the language of the content in service checklist printouts to another language than the VIDA application language. Changing language can e.g. be useful when having a customer talking another language than the default VIDA language. Note that all application texts always follow the default application language and will not be affected by the language selected in this drop-down menu.
