This procedure describes how to customize the quick links available in VIDA.

1. Access the Customize Quick Links window

Click Customize in the Quick links panel under the Home tab or click in the upper right corner from any page in VIDA and select Customize Quick Links in the drop-down menu.

ð	The Customize Quick Links window is opened.

2. Select category

Select a link category from the drop-down menu. The table below lists and explains available link categories.

3. Add

Up to 20 links can be added and they can be external links provided by Volvo Cars, company specific links or user specified links to web pages. Add quick links by selecting link(s) from the left panel and clicking Add. The link will now be transferred to the right panel.

In order to add a user-defined link, select My links in the drop-down menu and click Add new. This adds a new link in the left panel, where link name and web address are entered. The quick link is then transferred to the right panel as described above.

ð	When clicking the Save button, the selected links appear in the Quick links panel under the Home tab as well as in the drop-down menu.

4. Remove

Remove quick links by selecting link(s) from the right panel and click Remove. The link will now be transferred the left panel

ð	When clicking the Save button, the link will no longer appear in the Quick links panel under the Home tab.

5. Rearrange

Rearrange links (move up or move down) by selecting one or more links in the right panel and use the and buttons.

ð	When clicking the Save button, the links are rearranged accordingly in the Quick links panel under the Home tab.

6. Reset

By clicking the icon, all links from the right panel are removed (transferred back to the left panel).

7. Import/Export

In order to bring your customized quick links to another computer, it is possible to export the quick links as a .csv file. Select My links in the drop-down menu and click the icon to export the quick links as a .csv file. Click the icon to import a .csv file.
