The customer details presented in this view are stored and retrieved from your DMS.

Note

This information is only accessible for users with a DMS connected to VIDA. The availability is dependent on the version of the DMS interface and how it is implemented.

You can edit certain fields by clicking the Manage Profile button. Confirm changes by clicking the Save button or discard by clicking the Reset button.
