In order to take a screenshot, e.g. for support purposes, follow these instructions:
Press [PrtScn] on your keyboard.

This copies your current screen image to the clipboard. |
Open an image-editing program, such as Paint.
Press [CTRL] + [V] to paste your screenshot into the program.
Save the image.

It is possible to take a screenshot of the currently selected window only, excluding the rest of the screen, by pressing [ALT] + [PrtScn] .
If using Microsoft OneNote it is possible to take a customized screenshot by pressing [WIN] + [S] . This requires OneNote to be open.
