Adding items to a list by search

The search field located in the upper part of a work list or parts list can be used to search for:

  • Part number

  • Part description

  • CSC

  • Operation number

  • Operation description

Note

Note

In parts lists it is only possible to search by Part number and Part description.

An asterisk (*) can be used as a wildcard if you want to search for a part of a number, word or text string. If the name of an element that is to be added in a list is known, the element can be added directly.

  1. Open the Planning tab.

  2. Click Work List in the left-hand menu panel.

  3. Type a text string in the text field.

  4. Select whether to search for CSC, Parts or Operations by using the radio buttons.

  5. Click the button or press [Enter] to start the search.
