Manage Customer Information

Customer information in Volvo Central Database is managed by clicking the icon and Manage Customer Information in the upper right corner of VIDA. By using this functionality, you can search for and edit existing customer profiles in Volvo Central Database or create a new one.

What you can do by using this functionality is briefly listed below:

  • Retrieve customer information and vehicle relations from Volvo Central Database.

  • Add new customers or edit existing customers' details and vehicle relations in Volvo Central Database.

  • Invite customers in Volvo Central Database without a Volvo ID to create one and thereby get access to My Volvo ownership website.

It is also possible to access customer information by clicking a customer name in any list.
