Customer Symptom Codes (CSC)

Customer Symptom Codes (CSC) enable a better understanding of customer remarks/comments. CSC is a customer oriented concept, i.e. the intent is not to point out the component that causes the problem but to describe the problem from the customers' point of view.

CSC is the entry for diagnostics in order to be customer focused when repairing vehicles.
